Fracture and Musculoskeletal Trauma Care

We are the only providers of orthopedic trauma services in Southern Arizona and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to handle the most serious injuries.

Care is provided at the only Level 1 Trauma Center south of Phoenix, Banner – University Medical Center Tucson's Emergency department, as well as at our South Campus’ state-designated trauma center.

Our surgeons treat trauma-related issues involving bones, ligaments, muscles, tendons and cartilage, including:
  • Fracture complications such as infection, improper healing and deformities
  • Fracture repair for the geriatric population
  • Surgical repair of complex fractures

Geriatric Orthopedics

Senior bone health and fracture repair is coordinated by our geriatricians and orthopedic specialists through Banner – University Medical Center’s Geriatric Fracture program.
