Our physicians and surgeons are specialists of the musculoskeletal system – the bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments that make up the body. As our patient we will work closely with you, from the moment you schedule your first appointment, to help you find the best treatment options for your injury, disease, or condition.

We are the only providers of orthopaedic trauma services in Southern Arizona and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to handle the most serious injuries. Care is provided at the only Level 1 Trauma Center south of Phoenix, at the University of Arizona Medical Center - University Campus emergency room, as well as at our South Campus, a Level 3 Trauma Center.

Foot and Ankle Care

Our foot and ankle specialists also have experience in Sports Medicine. Surgery can include minimally invasive techniques such as arthroscopy to help you get active quickly. Surgeons work on:
  • Fracture care
  • Repair of chronic foot deformities and degenerative tendon disorders such as the posterior tibial and Achilles tendons
  • Total ankle replacement
  • Total joint reconstruction

Fracture and Musculoskeletal Trauma Care

Our Level 1 Trauma Center, the only one south of Phoenix, has orthopaedic surgeons who can expertly treat injury issues involving bones, ligaments, muscles, tendons and cartilage, including:
  • Fracture complications, including infections, nonunions and deformities
  • Geriatric hip fracture repair
  • Surgical repair of complex pelvic fractures

Hand and Upper Extremity
